Joe's Cat PICDIS-LITE is a command line tool capable of reading several different HEX file formats. PICDIS-LITE's default output is Microchip PIC disassembler listings or data syntax ([-peeprom8] or [-peeprom16]).

The PICDIS program size is approximately 42k for DOS based computers, PICDIS is 63k for Linux, and the complete ZIP file with a 60 page manual is about 357k size = manual + DOS + linux (currently at ver1.3).
